When they have their facts right but go around it wrong🤦🏻‍♀️ oh also Phil you had to find a geode (a rock with crystal already in it) but they aren’t very easy to find and you certainly won’t find one on a beach more like in the hills

Crystals are formed in gaps in cooling rock... but it takes hundreds of thousands of years!!!! Not a good pastime experiment unless you're a vampire who's immortal. Sand is made by heating up sand until it melts but it's in a furnace which is significantly frickin hotter than a blowtorch. So the basis I guess has right but these hack videos are absolute bullcrap. However we did get to see phil just play around with fire and stuff so that's fun.
